These Terms govern your use of the Droplet app ("Droplet"), published by Kode Foundry. By downloading or using Droplet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Droplet helps you track hydration, set reminders, and build healthy drinking habits. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Droplet is a wellness tool, not a medical device. Hydration goals are estimates and are not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional for health decisions. Do not rely on Droplet in situations where inaccurate data could cause harm.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to create an account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
Droplet offers optional paid features (Droplet Pro) and other in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple ID settings. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
Some optional in-app purchases help unlock features, and a portion of proceeds may support clean-water charitable causes. These are one-time purchases, not tax-deductible donations, and are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies.
You retain ownership of photos and content you create in Droplet. You grant us a limited license to store and process them only to provide the app's features, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Droplet, its design, and its trademarks are owned by Kode Foundry. These Terms do not grant you any right to our branding beyond using the app as intended. Third-party trademarks shown in the app belong to their respective owners.
Droplet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kode Foundry is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using Droplet at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
